Each month on the third Sunday at 6pm, we gather out in nature on blankets, benches and chairs to commune with the mystical healing gifts of nature as our Hearthkeeper, Mela Borawski, inspires us with a message while we picnic together. We call this our Wild Communion and you are invited to join us each month! Bring chairs or blankets, and a picnic supper for your family, and set up under the trees near Aunty Oak this summer starting on Sunday, June 16th! Descent to the Underworld: A (Virtual) Shadow Work Community Group

Zoom

FREE VIRTUAL COMMUNITY SHADOW WORK GROUP - (Meeting on Zoom the last Friday of every month from 7-8:30 EST. ) Register at the link provided with your email, in order to access all monthly meetings in 2024. https://us02web.zoom.us/.../tZEkcu6upzwrH9OgfkKQyGllsYALg... ((If you are new, we always give a brief introduction to shadow work, so all levels of knowledge and experience are welcome. If you've heard of the term, or have wanted to learn more about shadow work, please feel free to join us!)) Whether you're thinking about the opportunity to delve into shadow work, choosing to already engage in shadow work, or the world is "giving" you the opportunity to take a walk into the underworld whether you like it or not, having a community supporting you along the path is vital. This small group's goal is to provide a safe and sacred space where we will descend together and explore the shadows we encounter along the way. Facilitators are trained and experienced in a variety of practical and experiential methods and modalities to guide you to a deeper awareness of who you are at your most authentic core level, how to face your shadows and how to decide whether to integrate, release or accept the shadows you find along the way. There is absolutely nothing like having a compassionate community beside you during this intense and deeply emotional self-reflection work. A community is a cauldron where the medicine of transformation can occur - often more rapidly than going it alone. This group's intention is to provide...- An open, accepting and sacred space for authentic discussion.- Resources, including journaling prompts and monthly assignments to assist you to delve deeper than surface level into your shadow.- Guidance and encouragement as we descend into the underworld together.- Opportunity to learn and use healing modalities and tools such as EFT (tapping), meditation, intuition, archetypal studies, spiritual art techniques, journaling, dreamwork, oracle/tarot readings & ritual.- Introduction to energies to support your process including Ascended Masters, Angels & Gods & Goddesses of the Underworld such as Persephone. This is an interfaith healing group, though members should be aware that Mela comes from an earth-centered, pagan world view and ask that you be open to learning other holistic and metaphysical concepts from various viewpoints and spiritualities. This support group is FREE but donations welcome; all donations for this event are given to the nonprofit Greenwild Spiritual Fellowship.
