  • Imbolc – Feast of Lights | Potluck, Candlelit Procession & Ritual

    FREE EVENT Celebrate Imbolc with a Feast of Lights! Join us for an outdoor family-style potluck meal under Aunty Oak, followed by a candlelit procession and ritual for Imbolc. • Potluck! Bring a dish (or two) to share for our feast. Imbolc is traditionally a time where feasts include cheese, eggs, milk (and non-dairy is fine too), root veggies, breads, honey, butter, warming foods --but bring whatever you like. • Community Altar - bring something to put on it! Greenwild will provide plates, utensils, napkins, and bottled water. We will also provide candles for the procession. If you'd like to bring luminaries, candles (in candleholders), lanterns or LED candles to add to our array of lights PLEASE DO! WITCHY ITEM SWAP!!We will be doing a witchy item swap again as an activity for this event. Please bring any items of a pagan, witchy, or spiritual nature that you no longer use or need, and swap for other items! This is a great way to swap out tarot or oracle decks, divination tools, ritual garb, jewelry, altar items, handmade items, wands, crystals, etc. 1 item for 1 item, so if you bring 5 items you can take home 5 items from the swap! Donations are always wonderful to support our work as a religious nonprofit in South Carolina (and beyond!) You may make a donation on our website or use our donation jar at the event.   • Full Snow Moon | Heart Chakra Ritual for Self-Love

    Join us for another full moon ceremony on Wednesday, Feb 12, 2025 to celebrate the energy of the Full Snow Moon in Leo. The theme for February's moon is all about self-love and compassion as we do a ritual soothing and healing the heart chakra to allow a deeper love for ourselves to bloom. COLORS: Green, Pink, Red Bring a flashlight (it's dark out here in the boonies), a comfy camp chair, warm clothes or even a blanket to wrap around you or sit on. Snacks are always welcome (but not required!). We will have a fire going. We have folding chairs and some benches if you don't have a comfy camp chair. FREE EVENT • Community Altar - bring items to be charged & blessed!• Focus on the heart chakra - self-love & self-compassion.• Bring a camp chair to sit on, and wear warm clothes.• Flashlights are great, it's very dark.• Bring a snack to share if you'd like!   • 3SS | Spellcrafting Class | Love & Romance Self-Love Spell Bottle

    Starting in January 2025, our third Sunday service will be a "3rd Sunday Surprise" with different activities each month. February we will have a "Spellcrafting Class" where Mela will teach about love & romance spells and magick (including ethics) and we'll craft a self-love spell bottle together. There is no cost (donations ALWAYS accepted - $5-$10 would be great for this) but you will need to bring these supplies to keep our cost down: YOU BRING THESE: - a small bottle or jar for your spell bottle / needs a lid or cork- anything you'd like to put in your bottle that's special that we may not be providing such as a photo of yourself, etc.- A refillable water bottle or drink for yourself- A snack to share (optional) WE WILL PROVIDE: - education with our Hearthkeeper Mela- Lots and lots of spellcrafting ingredients to choose from for your bottles We will be indoors in Mela's house, but if it's a nice day as usual we may spread out to the back porch.   • Wild Communion at Awen Grove

    It's time for Wild Communion again!! Starting in March, we'll meet on the first Sunday of each month to gather outdoors to commune with the mystical healing gifts of nature as our Hearthkeeper, Mela Borawski, inspires us with a message while we picnic potluck together. We call this our Wild Communion and you are invited to join us each month! -------------------- LEARNING THE WATER SONG -------------------- Message: How do you protect yourself, your sanity, and your energy in the midst of chaos? Bring chairs or blankets, a potluck dish to share, and we'll meet in our ritual space under Aunty Oak. If it's chilly, we'll have a fire. Dress for the weather. If it's raining, we will meet inside Mela's home - rain or shine event.   • Full Moon Ritual | Fire & Ash

    The blood moon eclipse will have taken place very early Friday morning (totality here in SC 2:26-3:30AM), so let's meet Friday night when that energy is still crackling in the air and work magick under the full moon! Friday - March 14 | 7-8pm Bring - camp chair water bottle anything you want to burn in the bonfire to release Our Fire & Ash Ritual will focus on RELEASE, HEALING & PROTECTION as you go forward in life. We will be having a fire. Bring anything that you'd like to burn that would give you a release from something or someone that's been holding you back. Perhaps you need to forgive yourself and heal the pain, and there's something symbolic you could throw in the fire. Maybe it's a piece of a wedding dress or veil, letters, journal, stuffed animal - Maybe it's a newspaper article - it doesn't matter - it's it is a heavy burden and symbolic (or related) to that burden, bring it to burn in our bonfire. We'll have paper and pen available for you to write letters or lists or names to burn as well. We will do energy healing once we've released to fill those voids with love, healing and confidence to move forward. We'll end our time with the creation of a protection sigil you can use going forward.

Bring - Picnic Potluck item to share - Camp chair - Picnic basket (we are having adult & kids egg hunt) - Seed/Plant/Seedling Trade item/s Our plans - Picnic Potluck with the community - Adult & Kids Egg Hunt (bring baskets) - Plant / Seed / Seedling / Cutting (and gardening supplies are welcome too) for Swapping! Bring something to take something home! - Ostara Ritual with the board & initiates - Crafting table to DIY a spring craft item You will also be able to SEE & BUY RAFFLE TICKETS for our wonderful fundraising raffle baskets.     Join us for an immersive experience in nature communion, spellcraft & ritual as we come together as a magickal camping village in Gaston, SC at our Awen Grove Covenstead for the weekend! This is a PRIMITIVE camping experience for adults (teen children allowed with a parent in attendance). We are now allowing you to come for the day, see "Daytrippers" in the information below for cost. Our weekend will include educational & hands-on workshops, spellcrafting, divination sharing and engaging in community ritual together. Our theme for our Summer Solstice Witch Camp is all about WATER, EARTH & SUNSHINE. We will begin each morning with sun salutations & meditation. We will play, bond, commune and create together all weekend! This is a beautiful opportunity for connecting with the land, sky, water and plants, and be offered many different workshops from attendees! There will, as always, be a "New Witch Basics" class on Friday with Mela. New witches or those who want a refresher will learn some basics on protection, ethics, altars and magickal tools to give you a foundation for the remaining time together. There is a pool available at Awen Grove, so please bring your swimsuits, sunscreen and pool towels etc!

This festival supports the pagan nonprofit, Greenwild Spiritual Fellowship and it's online school, Greenwild Mystical Academy. Our theme for our 2025 online festival is "ELEMENTAL MAGICK". We will focus on the five elements of earth, air, water, fire and spirit and will bring you spellcrafting opportunities, educational workshops, community discussions and ritual around these five elements. This all-day festival is a time of education & community for the witchy and mystical community. You may attend as much or as little as you wish, and may pop in and out throughout the day.
